The following are the detailed conditions of sale for the online store that contains this website. First of all, we ask Internet users to pay attention to the following IMPORTANT NOTICE:

This online store does not accept automatic orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Also, they should consider that Portugal is the only automated destination for international orders. In general, we inform that our goal is to deliver your orders as soon as possible without jeopardizing the quality of the products that make up your shopping cart. To prevent the products you have purchased from losing quality due to storage conditions during transport, the specific delivery times for national shipments to the peninsula will be the following:

  1. Delivery in 24/48 hours: orders placed on working days from Monday to Thursday (provided they are received before 11 a.m.), will be delivered in the following 24/48 business hours, provided that the scheduled day for delivery is a business day. Orders placed after Thursday at 11am will be considered as if they had been placed on Friday.
  2. Holidays: we will delay all those orders made during holidays or whose arrival at their destination coincides with a holiday. These shipments will be made as soon as possible, maintaining the conditions of the two previous points. This is how you will receive our freshly made and well-preserved products.
  3. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal: for orders with these destinations, it is necessary to add one more business day to the terms indicated above.


Shipping costs will depend on the destination of the order made by the buyer in this online store. These will be the prices (VAT included):

  • National shipments to the peninsula: € 4.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal: € 5.
  • Orders of more than € 30 destined for the peninsula will have postage paid. Orders of more than € 40 destined for the islands or Portugal will also have postage paid.


Our Returns Policy is really simple. When you receive your order, you should immediately inspect it to verify that the order is correct. If you have received a wrong order, or the products or packaging is damaged or in poor condition, please accept our apologies first. These cases are very rare and our goal will be to resolve this issue with you as soon as possible. You should take into account the following points:

  1. It is necessary that the product has not been totally or partially consumed, nor manipulated and remains in its original packaging.
  2. If you notice that the packaging is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, it would be convenient for you to reject it at that time, stating the reason. Still, you should contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the return.
  3. To receive a refund or replacement of products, you must return the order or product in the same condition in which you received it and, within 4 days of the day of delivery.

Please pack the item securely and include a copy of the order in the package. In 24 / 48h, we will send you a carrier to collect the package.
  6. This return policy applies to orders placed directly through https://www.pastasyhojaldresuko.com. For this reason, if you have purchased a product from a distributor of our brand, please contact the store directly for its return.
  7. Refund of the cost of returned items: PASTAS Y HOJALDRES UKO, S.L. will refund the sums paid through this website by means of a deposit made to the credit card or bank transfer in the same way that the payment was made in the purchase. This will be done once the product has been received in our warehouses and the failure has been verified.
    The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt and verification of the product that is the object of the purchase withdrawal.

We will be happy to seek alternative solutions to resolve any incident, appreciating the direct contact with our Customer Service team. If you are not satisfied with the method we have applied to manage your return or replacement of any product, please accept our apologies.


To be able to buy our products online you must reach a minimum quantity of 4 products. These are totally to your liking (varied).

The following are excluded from this condition: baskets, packs and / or lots.

Reservations and / or orders with collection at the Cervera factory through this website are not allowed. Reservations and / or orders are only allowed for products in which this possibility is expressly indicated by calling (+34) 979 87 03 33. These orders will only be accepted for pick-ups at our store on Paseo De ValdesgareS, 26, Cervera de Pisuerga, 34840 – Palencia.

Said communication must reflect the following information: Name and surname of the user, the application request, the address and the supporting data.
